- which consisted in the observation of recesses 3 times a week for 30 minutes during 1 week in which I recorded the more regular activities that the kids did;
- new observation also 3 times a week for 30 minutes each day but this time with a frequency table to record the activities that the kids prefer;
- the final step is intervention on the field, after a meeting with our CAS coordinator, this intervention could have been in the form of a soccer championship in Easter break, this lasted for about 2 weeks

The purpose of this blog is to become a tool in the IB Programme activity CAS.
Here I will post my CAS activities as well as their development during the course of time.
I hope that this blog will help people understand what CAS is and what kind of activities I will be doing, and help other students and volunteers, as well.

Segurança e apoio nos recreios (2)
